A muted announcement row with a close button sits above a sticky bar of brand, links and two buttons. The Platform item drops a full-width panel of three link columns beside a Latest changes column of dated changelog entries, and the phone menu slides down as a plain list with a pinned button footer. Every panel stays in the markup and is toggled with CSS.
