Systaliko UI is a free, open-source set of React blocks, components and full-page templates by Youcef BNM, a freelance frontend developer. It's built with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Motion, uses CVA for variants, and installs through the shadcn registry or by copy and paste with no extra setup. Most of what it offers is motion: scroll-triggered effects that rotate a device frame or scale, inset and round a section as you scroll, horizontal scroll carousels, stacked and distributed card layouts, floating elements, a magnetic grid, wavy blocks and an animated menu.

It also has bento grids, a custom pricing design, team sections, image zoom and slideshows, plus shader backgrounds and ecommerce components. The blocks listed here are its demos, each showing one effect in a ready section. The author also takes on custom component and website work.
