> Error / failed-fetch state for a data table. Use when data fails to load: the toolbar and headers stay while the body shows a warning icon, an error message and a Try again action. Prefer this state to communicate a failed request rather than an empty or offline table. Rows can be reordered by drag and drop via a per-row grip handle.
