> Loading / skeleton state for a data table. Use while data is being fetched: the toolbar and column headers stay in place over shimmering skeleton rows with a loading note in the footer. Prefer to hold the grid's shape during load rather than showing a spinner or blank area. Rows can be reordered by drag and drop via a per-row grip handle.
