# Navbar with Residences Panel

> A sticky development navbar whose Residences link opens an always-mounted, CSS-hidden full-width panel on hover or keyboard focus: five home types in a ruled list with title, size, availability and from price beside a 4:3 photograph, a caption and a text link; the other links stay plain, a compact pill sits on the right, and the mobile panel folds the same five types into an accordion under the Residences row.
