Pages are at /podcast, /podcast/episodes, /podcast/episodes/[slug], /podcast/hosts and /podcast/subscribe. Episodes and the transcript live in podcast-data.ts; pass a real src to AudioPlayer in podcast-episode.tsx to play audio (without one it runs a silent demo).
